The students together with a guide from the museum used a model and completed it with every facility you can find in a port. The students had to recognize the elements and put them on the right place on the model. Each student had to take at least one element and put it on the model. They discussed the importance and the use of buildings, the way the lighthouse functions in each country, how boats are allowed or not allowed into the harbour according to the goods they transport, or deliver. They also learnt how goods are downloaded from the boats, where they are kept until the professionals or the tradesmen pick them up.
