Students followed a circuit training with 8 different activities lasting 2 minutes each

After being shown how to use the different pieces of equipment and discussing which parts of the body were being targeted, students began  with sit ups, and press ups, running and cross trainer, and they finished with wall sit, bikes and rowing machines.

Students were very active and discussed the differences between their PE lessons and this style of activity
