Students participated in sports, divided into two activities which included Beach Volley and Swimming.
Students took part in warm up exercises with their teams in preparation. This helped to assess students’ current level of fitness and to allow students bodies to become used to an increased level of physical activity. Each game lasted 30 minutes. There were many games played and each team was really friendly without any competition but the spirit to enjoy the game all together, especially encouraged by their peers. The greatest moment was when all the students ran into the sea together.
Students were very keen to participate in the beach sports regardless of their current fitness level and happiness to stay together. They were able to collaboratively work together and support each other in the team games.
