The students will listen to relaxing music and try to experience meditation as they keep their eyes shut. They will have to meditate for a few minutes and report what they felt during the activity to the class. Then, they will have to do an activity which they had done before meditation, a second time to tell if they could do it more easily or better thanks to meditation.
All the students did the activity in a quiet atmosphere. Most of them were convinced of the well-being meditation could bring to themselves and to the group. Some of them noticed a clear difference after meditation and gained efficiency as for the activities they had to do afterwards.
