Students made together raw-vegan truffles in small groups. First they chopped apricots, cookies, dark chocolate, dates, raisins and Cranberries. After that the chef mixed chopped ingredients and nuts, honey and boiled water. The chef made one raw-vegan truffles and then students continued at the end truffles were decorated with chocolate or desiccated coconuts.
Students learned to make healthy and culinary Romanian food.
