The students of our college participated in the "BUSINESS PLAN" competition phase in the school where they had the opportunity to develop their entrepreneurial skills, thus facilitating the correlation of the theoretical training with the practical training of the students.
Participation in the Business Plan competition facilitates the students:
*Capitalizing on the entrepreneurial spirit, the initiative stimulated by the (virtual) exercise company under real conditions;
*Familiarize students with the activities specific to the real economic environment;
*Risk taking using the tools specific to risk management;
*Developing the skills necessary for a dynamic entrepreneur: critical thinking, decision making, taking responsibility, self-organizing and self-evaluating individual resources;
* Encourage the competition and the competitiveness of the exercise companies involved.
In this competition 14 companies participated in the exercise: BUSINESS GIFTS (Retail trade of newspapers and stationery in specialized stores),GOLDEN WESTERN (Hotels and other accommodation facilities),WHITE LADY (Marketing of clothing for special occasions), D 'ALES (Retail sale of sports equipment, specialized stores) WEDDING STYLE (Organization of exhibitions, fairs and congresses, including other festive events),DELYCIA (Wholesale of chocolate sugar and confectionery including confectionery ),ECO-CARN (Wholesale of meat and meat products), VITTORIA RISTORANTE JR (Restaurants), HOTEL KAPITAL (Hotels and other similar accommodation facilities), NIRVANA (Wholesale of cosmetics and perfumery products) YUME TOUR (Activities of travel agencies) XIECO LEASING (Renting and leasing activities with cars and cars light road vehicles) FRESH EVENT (Organization of exhibitions, fairs and congresses) CHOCOLATE BOOTS (Retail sale of confectionery and sweets).
Out of these 5 exercise companies presented business ideas related to a healthy lifestyle such as: NIRVANA chose to use organic products for the cosmetics business, BOITE DE CHOCOLAT chose confectionery products without gluten and sugar, D'ALES a chosen to set up a fitness room for a healthy life, HOTEL KAPITAL chose to organize seminars and workshops on nutrition, FRESH EVENT chose to organize fairs and conferences aimed at promoting the slogan"A healthy mind in a healthy body".
The results of the activity were: ppt presenters, pictures, collages, leaflets, etc.
